As a reminder to all our Villas at Fisher Farms residents, if you plan to do any exterior alterations to your home, an approved architectural request form is required. There is now a separate request form for landscape improvements. You may obtain either form on line or through Stellar Properties. When submitting the application, please be sure to attach any contract and Certificate of Insurance from your contractor. Certificates must name Villas at Fisher Farms and Stellar Properties as additional insured. The more information that is provided, the easier and faster it will be for the Board to make a decision. You MUST receive approval from the Board prior to beginning any exterior alterations (i.e. satellite dish, windows, doors, etc.) This helps ensure that work is being done based on the community’s specifications.

 

Window screens have a warranty through Silverline Windows. To submit a warranty request please go to Sliverline Windows website and follow the instructions to finalize the request.
